Processing Time

All garments are handmade or custom-made to order.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for standard items to be processed before shipping.

  • For custom orders, processing may take 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: Typically arrive 3–6 business days after shipment.

  • International orders: May take 2–4 weeks depending on customs and local postal delays.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Local Pickup

If you placed a custom order, and are in Louisiana, local pickup may be available. Contact us directly after placing your order to arrange a pickup time.

Preorders

For preorder items, please note the estimated shipping date listed in the product description. Preorders ship as soon as production is complete.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the postal service once shipped. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
We will, however, do our best to help you locate your order.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our garments, all sales are final.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
